Where does ATC ship?
We ship worldwide.
Is there a shipping fee?
At ATC, we ship all over India for free for orders over Rs. 5000. Orders of any lesser amount for India and all international orders have a delivery fee associated with the order depending on your delivery address. This information will be available for viewing at the time of checkout.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once you place an order with us, you will be notified through an email once the order is ready to be shipped. Order tracking information and any other order details or updates will be shared over email.
How much time will it take to receive the order?
Standard domestic shipping takes up to 10-15 business days from the date of order placement on our website. For all international orders, it might take 15-20 business days from the date of order placement on our website. Please note, sometimes it takes more time if the purchased piece is not ready in stock then our craftsmen make the piece according to the order placed on our website and that can add few more days to deliver the order to the customer. You will be notified once the item is shipped via our warehouse through an email.
What about customs duties and taxes?
Note that if you buy any item from us outside of India, you will have to pay customs charges and duties associated with the country you reside or the address where we need to ship the order to. We at ATC are legally required to declare the full amount paid on all Around The City orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
